Project Description

The project comprises car stacker pit, ground floor show room, 2 large and luxury apartment units from first floor to third floor. This project is a heritage listed building where we must maintain the front facade. The facade is over 100 years old and we need to brace it wiht steel beams to maintain the structure integrity. The team worked well together. We had monthly PCG meeting where we address all important issues such as progress, design changes, OH&S, costing and variations, quality of the work. We finished on time within budget. The Developer and Architect were happy with the Outcome.
