Project Description

This project comprises construction of a 4-level apartment building where Northwind were appointed as the Quantity Surveyor to oversee the construction costs, ensuring that the project is within budget. Every month, our team visits the site for an inspection and to have a meeting with the builder to go over the progress claim. We check the progress of the work and making sure that what is being claimed is fair and reasonable.
